MICROWAVE 8 Mins
(For a 1000 Watt Microwave oven)

1 Remove frozen meal from cardboard pack.
2 Heat meal in a 1000W microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 5 minutes.
3 Remove from microwave.
4 Carefully peel off protective film and stir.
5 Place back in the microwave and heat for a further 3 minutes.
6 Stir again and allow to sit for 2 minutes.

OVEN 45 Mins
(Conventional/Fan Forced Oven)

1 Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2 Remove frozen meal from cardboard pack.
3 Place meal on an oven tray in the centre of the oven.
4 Heat for 30 minutes. Remove from oven.
5 Carefully peel off protective film and stir.
6 Heat for a further 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
7 Remove from oven.
8 Stir again and allow to sit for 2 minutes before serving.

CAUTION: CONTENTS AND TRAY WILL BE HOT.
